LuxIQ provided lighting expertise across the full project lifecycle, working in close collaboration with the interior design, architectural, distributor and contractor teams from initial concept through to handover.
Located at 11 Bond Street, NoHo, Manhattan, the project presented a clear challenge: to create a lighting scheme that felt distinctly New York while aligning seamlessly with Gymshark's evolving global retail identity.
Spanning four floors including retail, gym, and community spaces, each environment required a distinct lighting approach, unified through a robust lighting specification with a strong focus on performance and energy efficiency.
Working from the earliest design stages alongside the architect and interior design teams to establish a lighting language that served both brand identity and spatial function across all four floors.
As project parameters evolved, we refined the specification iteratively, safeguarding brand-critical design intent while identifying value-engineering opportunities to maintain commercial viability.
Site support through procurement, installation and commissioning to ensure the installed scheme matched the design intent, with full handover sign-off on completion.
